Please allow extra space that is 10% larger
than the external surface for cables, 15% for pneumatic hoses and
20% for hydraulic hoses.
Please make sure that the total cross sectional area of entire content
is to be less than 60% of the internal cross sectional area of RoboChain.

Cables and hoses suitable for RoboChain
are to be used. Please select radius of curvature to be greater than
7.5 times that of the external surface when using cables and 10 times
when using hoses.
In particular, when the pressure inside a hose is higher than 70kgf/cm2,
please make sure to select the radius of curvature which is greater
than 12 times that of the external surface.

Hanshin RoboChain has been created using
an exclusive material which enables oil-less operation. However, when
using HS and HSS types, a bit of fueling may extend the lifespan according
to the surrounding environment.

Cables and hoses are never to be tied to
link plates, dividers, supporters or bars using wires and cords. Cables
and hoses are to be left free to move.
However, tying up the cables and hoses using a clamp or a strain relief
onto the last bundle after the end bracket prevents entanglement of
cables and hoses during use.

Please make sure that the cables and hoses
run through the center of RoboChain when selecting the lengths of
them.
Caution is required to prevent the cables and hoses from being pulled
out for being too short, or from protruding outside of the chain for
being too long.

Please make sure the cables are not entangled
when untying them from a drum.
The cable becomes more and more entangled each time it is uncoiled
from a drum that is in a laid-down position. The entangled cables
are to be untwisted. Please follow the below described instructions
to prevent entanglement. Special caution is required particularly
in wintertime when untwisting the entangled cables become more difficult.

Cables and hoses may display changes in
lengths after repetitive use.
Therefore, please administer regular inspections of their lengths.
In case the cables and hoses have been elongated, make adjustment
on the lengths of cables and hoses that are tied together with a clamp
or strain relief at the last bundle.

Hanshin RoboChain has been created using
specially manufactured loosening-protective bolts. However, due to
long-term operation or vibration while in use, the bolt and its connecting
parts may become loosened or unfastened, thus regular inspections
are required.

Hanshin RoboChain has been created using
only the environmentally friendly materials.
When disposing the used unit, please contact our head office for information
on recycling the materials.
